ranged weapon !! argent plz

Ok, i would be highly greatful if any Ranged weapon crafter out there would craft me a ranged weapon with a minimum of 75 m range on it.. Ive heard only a launcher can have such range 
it dont matter what QL you make it as long as it has 75 m range it dont need any damage on it.. Just the best range possible....
I will pay whatever needed
