ISO: a new home

Post by totnkopf »

The Oder of the Dragon was once quite a large guild. However, due to the recent trend of people leaving, has now been reduced to essentially 3 members. Myself, Brock and Dorset. After discussing with them our options, we decided to actively start looking for a new home, however, we wish to remain together. All three of us have been in OD since it started, so we wish to retain that bond.

We had some guilds that we had talked about joining, however, I thought that I would leave a post here to see who all was interested.

All three of us have at least one combat skill above 200. We were relatively neutral on the fame scene. Don't really mind either side, however, we had kami leanings due to the natural leaning of being a Fyros guild. Also all three of us play on US time, so having a guild with members in that time zone would be a great help

I don't typically pimp, but I am not foolish... I think it very cool you guys want to stick together, while also wise enough to know it's better to meld elsewhere instead of rebuilding at this point.

Nobody would ever say Melinoe is neutral in anything, but we all have our role to play in Atys... Consider joining the asylum, links in my sig...

Greets, Morg. Although we've had our share of differences in the past, the offer we made awhile back for all of OD to join us was entirely sincere. Brock joined ON earlier today (welcome, mate!), and both yourself and Dorset are most welcome to join him under the big black dot.

You can also consider Atys Paladins, we are a small Kami guild that loves fun and is aimed at helping our guildies and friends. The majority of our members is Fyros and we maintain close relations with a number of other Fyros guilds. Hmm, we also have a nice guild symbol...

I cannot speak for the entire guild of Out of Cavern, but we are a neutral guild. Actually, I believe that Brock spoke with some from the guild yesterday (good luck in ON Brock). I couldn't remember who Brock was at the time, but now that I think on it, you all are all great people, have teamed or talked with you at least once.
We are all US players except one, and he might as well be. We are not bug, not 50 or more people anymore, but-we aren't entirely small. And are always looking to help anyone. Send us some more tells (Sekhmet, Keiko, Amcyr <-people on the most)

The Samsara are loking to branch out into other time zones and are always looking for new members. We currently have a couple of US players and many of us are on regularly. We aren't a big guild, but we're a very active guild.

If you think you might be interested, have a look at this post for a proper guild pimping :D

Thank you all for your offers.

Apparently, the group changed its mind after I logged off and decided to do their own thing. As is obvious by an earlier thread, Brock has already gone off and joined ON. I suspect that Dorset will follow suit as they were good friends. I wish them both the best in their new homes.

Myself, however, will hold off on joining a new guild for the moment. I have some RL stuff that is taking up much of my time at the moment, so there is not much point in joining a new guild if I'm not there to enjoy/help it to the fullest. I will be back to my regular play time in about a month or so, so I'll join one then.
