When I try to resubmit for an ATS account, I got a "user already registered" message. I think I applied way back in November but nver heard anything from it.

Is there a way for me to recover/re-register my ATS login?

If so, then you're already registered and I'd go ahead and get the ATS chat and client sorted out

If not, then I'm afraid there's nothing you can do. They don't allow "re-applications" to the ATS as far as I know
