Not for all; we would weight the opinion of this committee with those from the feedback thread, of course. But if a committees get a proposition signed by a group of players, it will certainly deserve some special attention from us.

I don't believe you guys. We have a game that's falling apart at the seams, losing money hand over fist & players disappearing over ther horizon and your talking name changes? Get a frigging life & sort out the game.

You can take that as a no.

We are going off-topic, but that's not the same. In itself, changing the titles only requires modifying an XML file and doing some testing. Although we use the good advices of a level designer, most of the work on Nevrax' side is performed by the CM and CSR team, by compiling propositions and discussing choices.

Xavier - This is nothing but a very unsubtle distraction. How about doing something useful like changing the bulk of the launcher/autolauncher ammo to promote a more attractive range fighting role. That should be as easy as changing names?

I'd have to agree with you Alyssah. How about worry about something that can actually improve game play.

Absolutely.. seems like a waste of time that could be better spent imo.. not to say that I don't agree that there should be some changes there, just why bother when there are so many more pressing issues?

Amazing to see Xavier respond in this petty thread more time than in the important ones... It boggles my mind...

Maybe because this is something he actually *can* comment on? As opposed to technical issues or balancing issues that he has no control or involvement in? ;)

re: names change, if it takes a just a few moment to modify an xml file to change the titles, and make it more consistent, I don't see why they shouldn't. I doubt Outposts are delay because they have to take the time to do this.

I don't much care about titles either, but if it makes somebody happy and it's a simple change (changing ammo bulk is not a simple change), then I don't see anything wrong with it.

Just beware Xavier/Nevrax, I doubt you'll be able to make everybody happy with your final decisions ;)

It makes me happy, I like titles, I am willing to do the work and sort through player opinion, and its something that the CSR team can actually do

I'm for it
