Guilds and teams are responsible for dragging along folks... It goes "Jena, Melinoe, Team, then others..." Once the priority in front goes away, you go back for the others... Tend to those on their feet first or you may all be on your backs.

We are each allowed (Yes, I saw the clown with the mektoub as well) to play this game in the way that is best for us. You shouldn't make a poll that degrades anyone that doesn't choose to play the way you like. It only makes the rift between players wider...

Someone missed the point and the joke I feel.

However, I'll expand a little for you.

Its not even necessarily a matter of roleplay/story, its a matter of ettiquette and not being a selfish muppet.

Whether you charge on looking for 'action' or not you are denying people the opportunity to participate and you are not acting like a sensible army or group. You are being selfish.

That's a constant whether you're a roleplayer or not.

This is a great way to inject some humor in to a not so humorous topic.

I'd love to think this will have some effect on the behavior of a few of the less tolerable participants, but truthfully I know it won't. Still, it gives us that do try not to ruin it for others (whether intentional or not) a good healthy laugh, and the knowledge that we are not the only ones bothered by such things. Sometimes knowing we share concerns with others make them more tolerable.

At the same time, it shouldn't flame the offenders into rants that would serve no purpose except reward their already offending behavior. This is always a good thing.

The two are not seperate.

Fine during guild hunts etc, but not in the coming together of large events.

IMO its the few acting like asses that cause the problems. I'll refrain from pointing out some of the congruences between attitude on forum, PK/PVP advocacy and acting like a problem child in the game. That would be mean...
