i migth be a little damn but how do one dual wield? and how long does it takes to max out fight skill? just wondering , thanks!

Only dual wied options are:

right hand: 1h sword
left hand: dagger

and

right hand: dagger
left hand: dagger

Just click hands on your top action bar to select weapons.

I have been playing about 7 months and I haven't any skill maxed out yet. It depends very much on your playstyle, but if you are into powerleveling it should take month or so intensive playing in good company.

The two methods of dual wield are completely different animals and shouldn't really be considered remotely close.

Dagger/Dagger requires only one skill tree and will not (with current resource usage and damage) make you an effective melee fighter. It is fun and unique but not powerful.

Sword/Dagger is different in that your sword skills will allow you to be more effective and inflict decent and fast damage. With this combo you will have to level 2 trees and all your specialties will be on your sword hand.

Like any skills in SoR, the amount of time and dedication you put into your skills determines your rate of advancement. Some skills require a team, others do not... Getting to level 200 in any tree is a challenge, but the last 50 to make MASTER will be where you must really stick at it even with diminishing returns...
