Ryzom

I cant open the game at all. When i double click on the icon i get a window appearing sayin that:
client_ryzom_rd.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
This has only appeard since my last crash which was at around 1PM GMT

Any ideas how to get rid of this? and allow the game to run?

Have you tried running ryzom_recover.exe multiple times yet? May need upto 5 times, i have heard.
