I have been experimenting with bleeding special attack. Here are my findings.

Bleeding is the special attack for slashing melee weapons. It has similar credit cost as increased damage and accurate attack stanzas.

Bleeding attack causes damage over time to target and can improve total damage by 128%. Damage is divided to 16 ticks and first tick occurs at same time with initial damage. Following 15 ticks occur in 2 seconds intervals. Target can have multiple bleeding wounds at same time.

Bleeding damage is based on damage inflicted on hit after armour damage absorption without taking account possible increased damage stanza. Total extra damage seems to vary between 75% and 128% of inflicted initial damage. One tick of damage is upto 8%. If weapon quality is higher than optimal quality for used bleeding stanza, extra damage will be lower.

Damage potential is bit higher than using increased damage stanza but it will take too long time for most situations. However, it is good idea to throw couple of bleeding attacks instead of increased damage if battle is going to take more than 30 seconds or credit bleeding attack with openings to add some extra damage.
