Are there any websites out there that have maps of say Imperial Dunes...and where all the npc's are located? I just spent the past 2hours running around trying to find the NPC for a mission.

Some NPC's have wandering in their blood... won't sit still for long. Some don't wonder far, some go from town to town or outpost to outpost. Others I swear can disappear for days! Hawkers, Hunters, Prospectors, Patrollers, Scouts and Journeyman all wander. Usually they don't go to other regions although you'll find that some of them don't worry about dotted lines on a map.

If you find an NPC or one at a resting spot we don't have, please send a screenshot to us! We can use all the help we can get! We're not trying to be a spoiler site but someone has to take a census once-in-a-while.
