rules:
- AUCTION ending at wednesday 20:00 CET
- opening bid 3million
- min bid increase with 500k
- new biders accepted till wednesday 18:00
- if in the last 10 min of the auction there are peeps sniping bids the auction will continue between these bidders untill 1 outbids the others
with a time interval of 30min

Due to the current situation with ON and AP unless the issue is sorted out by the end of the actuion the bid will go to the next highest bidder.

i'm sorry about all this rule things but i've learned a lot about some auctions in the past
