patch error

ive only just installed and subscribed to ryzom.. i log in and i get this error:

"Error : patch files failed - checking."

help please!!

J'ai exactement le même message.

Un problème général ou nous faisons tous la même erreur ???

I had the same error. The error is now gone. Either due to what I did or due to them fixing it in the last 10 minutes.

I had uninstalled ryzom so that I could reinstall it on another partition. After I did this is when I started getting the error.

So I unistalled it again. Then did a search in the registry removing all keys relating to ryzom. The I did a search on the hard drive and deleted a few more config files that were not removed with the uninstaller. Then reinstalled.

Ryzom now works.

Of course it could be that they just fixed it while I was doing that.

Le problème semble être résolu,

J'arrive à télécharger les patchs.

Je me suis dabord connecté au serveur américain pour commencer le téléchargement.

Ensuite, je suis revenu sur le FR ou il reprend le téléchargement.

There was a problem with the patcher and we did find the problem due to some help from you guys. :) Thanks for the log files to those that sent them.

The issue should be taken care of now and we are sorry for the issue.
