PvP / No PvP

witch do you think is best.. open PvP no PvP or a little it of both ?
You could, if the people who don't want PvP would just all stay out of the open PvP areas 100% of the time. This would be easier to accomplish if everything the non-PvP players wanted out of their game experience were to be made attainable without entering those areas.sidusar wrote:How can you have both open PvP and no PvP at all in the same game at the same time?
I'm not sure how "inevitable" the Karavan-Kami conflict is. At the moment its just a heated discussion filled with rhetoric. We thought the Kitin War was inevitable once. We thought it was inevitable that we had to do something about the Goo. There is a story to be told. We are the tellers and the characters of that story. If we want to sit around the campfires swapping Lore about heros of the past, keepers of the peace and the prosperity that peace has brought us then its our story to tell. If the Karavan and Kami want to duke it out, send them to the Matis Arena. We'll drink beer and eat hot dogs until some greater power declares one a victor. And then we can go back to our simple lives wondering when the kitin will come and the goo will spread over the rest of Atys.glipe wrote:I think PvP is as inevitable as the upcoming war is. If I thought there was a way of stopping the war I'd still say the PvP system should be implemented because there needs to be a way for guilds and groups to duke it out.
If you want to go off the polls you may want to look again. The current results are 11 for open, 13 for none, and 24 for some pvp and some areas with no pvp. This means taht 35 people out of 48 people want at least some pvp areas. This means nearly 75% of the population wants some PvP which also seems to be what Nevrax is doing. Looks like they actually are doing what the majority of the people want?quasar11 wrote:Not for nothing but PVP has been polled many times before. It always turns out 2-1 or more against PVP. Nevrax...just doesn't seem to listen...
