i try to start my download again .. and please close my account compeletly than send me a new serial or find another solution for my problems because my credit cards dont work atm. i dont know why. jolt get my money w/o any problems.

Ok. The download problems sound like they are from Jolt's side. I'm posting the correct contact information below for you.

I'm sorry but I didn't understand the part about you bought the game from Jolt and your credit card worked but them you tried to create an account here and it didn't. If you paid Jolt, your card works <obviously>. Could you tell me what happens exactly? I'd like to help you but I need more information.

I don't think I can personally help you with the credit card issue so I'm posting the correct contact information. I don't know which server/language is best for you so I'm posting all of them. Just pick the right one for you and email them with information on what happened. (stuck, cards refused etc)

i got it i use my wifes card and its ok now
i think hommins have master card problem. use visa its ok
