can't logon to the server??

hello dear ryzom friends,
i have a problem here and i don't know if it has something to do with the port comments in the other posts, but heres the problem...
when i startup ryzom and type my pass etc.. it goes to the screen with the
"accept" and "decline"
when i press 'accept' this happens :

anyone got a solution??
btw, is the server down? that could be the prob too maybe... ;/
need help plz, i want to play

hmm, ok ... now getting shard offline... think thats the problem, but ill let u guys know.. ltr

i am getting same problems i was in the game and it said cannot conect to server but my char jayne could turn round but not move so i rebooted now i accept and get a load of errors pop up

people READ THE POSTS RIGHT UNDER THIS ONE about the servers being offline come on people i know your better than this........

they are doing something to the server right now... till 16:00 Paris (local) time, so... hope i can play after the maintenance ..
