Free Beer and Chips! Edit: Or Free Chips and Beer...

Who here would love to start making Tents and and making there own camp fires??? And mabe be able too cook your kill too?

My Resons for a tent would be neat way to set up a camp with many of friends and sit at the fire... Looking up at the night sky and talking with friends.

Now if they ever add cooking we could use the fire to cook over.

Now what really be cool is to be able to sleep in your Tent, have a fire...
Fishing would be cool too!
Mabe you can Buy a boat at the dock and take your friend fishing!
Fishing worms could be harvest and sold to the Npcs...

Trykers you know you want this! Having a boat to get around the lakes would be so COOL

Guilds could get bigger boats.
I could even see houseboats and partys on them too!

So now we would have TENTS----FISHING----CAMPFIRES---BOATS---Cooking food...ps mabe able to Drink beer and eat too??

PARTY ON!

This is what i want and i hope im not alone here???

PS.......Please fix it were we can swim under the Docks or walkways... Crazy having all that room and cant swim under them.

Any suggestions?

First let me say, I like the idea of free beer and chips (although best the other way around...)

But yeah, I also like the idea of tents and some of the stuff that goes with them. One of my fondest memories from SWG (No. 2 in a list of, er, 9 ish) is sitting outside my old buddy Ryo's tent, recharging those bars, playing a little tune on (some awful trumpet thing), and watching the Worrrgs hopping around on the plains. Every so often someone would zip by on a speeder, and decide to have a seat with us, and maybe a little dance

What is so wrong wanting to do more ??? After awile the game gets old and boring... More stuff to role play with gives life to the game.. Like many people out there wish to have a few things from many games, cause they are Fun stuff...Just that few games forget why people play the game anyway! To have fun!!!

Why does World of Warcraft have Millions playing a Cartoon game?
I list a few of them...
Great Emotes....Dancing...Player Emote Sounds...NPC sounds..
Fishing...
Cooking...Eating...Bars were you can hang out and sit in Chairs...Not sit by the chair but in them...
Geting Drunk
Players can type many first words like lol and the char just laughs ... or type train and so on.. Emotes are really good.

Who know why they play that game?
We must ask ourselfs what and how we going to get them to come and play Ryzom?

EDIT: No im not waiting to get people from Word Of Warcraft! Im just saying that Ryzom seems to have few people at this time...What is so wrong with wanting more people in this game???

If Quest, killing, crafting, harvesting and Great Graphics and Friendly people and GMs and Guides are still not working, then we must look and see what needs to be added to bring the mass to play this WonderFul Game Of Ryzom?!?

I give up on WOW it got so old, people wanting to Nerf this and that, the chat become bad and people become ugly when a noob ask in genral chat wanting to know were or how it worked...

What i love about Rzom is Friendly people, Mobs looks cool, Graphics Rock..Weather is a Blast to watch...Rain ect..
I would really love a few more things to set up more on the rpg in Ryzom..
Quest needs some work, i can deal with it...Im really wanting The Ring...This is going to be really cool!!!

Im sure if we ask why people play Ryzom they have a list too?

Mabe this might not be why??? People play a game cause they have fun doing so???

Theres no game out there that has everything in it we want, but we can keep wishing and asking. It just might happen?

Bugs and bugs still not being fixed..
No Collision Detection Players and NPC and mobs walk into you.
Everyone cant agree on the same stuff...
But im sure people play a game cause theres something about the game or something in it they like?

PS What keeps the Online game around??? Happy players paying there Monthly fees?... Were paying the game makers to keep the game alive...If not then we might as well play a free online game?
Yes $14:99 is not much but it sure feels good knowing were placing it in a game thats going to be around along time. I was really sad when me and my guild in Earth @ Beyond lost there home... It was a Great game... Just that they slowly killed the game...cause each month the patching got less and was nothing new to do once we got to lvl 150...

I fear that this thread does not get much response from older players as there was quite similar thread with mostly identical suggestions not so long ago. I should already be doing something else, so I won't be searching for links to those threads

I think many thought that tents would be cool for many purposes but what is the point in fishing? I have not played wow but fishing doesn't sound like something I would love to do online. It reminds be of foraging without getting any mats. Maybe I am missing something here?

The entire fishing skill concept in WoW is just a timesink, mostly aimed at younger players hoping to fish up nice items (the usual catch is fish, but you can get the occational magical item, and a few easter egg items, for example "The Two Ring" with the catchy note on it; "not quite as powerful as The 1 Ring") (yes, a 1, not one )
Its incredibly boring and very unsatisfying, and i dont see why anyone would want this feature in another game they play.

Fishing could have meaning in SoR, just another branch of the harvest tree. See, what you do is, you take your pick, then you whack the fish upside the head with it.

Fish provide mats to craft with.

Fish provide mats to craft with.

They could be the gap filling in the lack or rather unbalance in the drops of certain mats from mobs (eyes, etc, comes to mind)
