Question: Aura Skills

Its is useful to get Aura skills?

Seems to me it last very for a very short amount of time to be of any use and the recharge time seems to be very very long...

Any expert care to share their opinion on this issue?

A complete waste of skill points IMHO, too low of an effect, for too short a duration, for too long a cool down timer.

I could see if giving the group a good 30 seconds, and it taking around 5 minutes to recharge... (not the current half hour or however long it is)

Would be nice if the aura skills, slowly drained sap (or hps/stam with credits) for as long as you keep it up. That way they are always available and you only keep them up as long as needed. More powerful auras drain more.

Same i also think draining Stam or Con is much more better then the current system of timing... I don't see the point of getting Aura now because the waiting period is well too long and the Aura last too short and its not as if it gies you godly ability for that few second it is active...

I would like an explanation of what 0 seconds of melee immunity is good for.

It seems to last for about 5 seconds or so, enough to protect from 2-3 blows. I'm guessing it's coded like the link skills, when cast it has an initial period, then can renew, and the 0 seconds is the renewal length.

i got the first melee protection aura and ended up deleting it from my toolbar cause after about 20 minutes of it still being inactive i thought it was broken or i somehow needed to recharge it. lol.

maybe i will put it back but 30 minutes for 5 seconds is rediculous!

also, i was wondering does the aura protect you as well as teammates or just teammates?
