it seems anytime one of my guildmates post anything that sheds a negative light on "your game"...you know the one... its the one "we" pay for, you ban them from the forums. i suppose ill get banned for posting this. but a copy of this post: i will post an every ryzom site i can find.and im quite resourceful.... anyway back to the point of this post,are you targeting melinoe as troublemakers,rabel rousers,indignants,or ingrates cos you are making them choose between playing the game and quiting. we've lost 2 members already and a third may not be far off(asengul,bogardus,) and doubletap.a simple{public) appology to asengul would bring him back. aknowlegement of a problem doesn't necessarily make "your game" look bad ,but axing the bringers of news about "your game" (good or bad should be used as a learning experience or tool)from your forums is appaling!

Hi there Dollly!

Honestly, we rarely delete postings on these message boards. Our moderators only make use of this tool as a last resort, because we want to give our community as much freedom as possible here. We further do not censor or suppress anyone's opinions. If you have something negative to say about the game, please feel free to do so. The developers need both your positive and negative feedback, in order to be able to improve the game and keep it enjoyable for everyone.

We do remove forum threads or postings, when they are in violation with the official forum rules and Code of Conduct and for instance contain inappropriate and offensive content.

Of course sometimes the relevant author will be upset and disagree with our decision, or, to avoid negative feedback from guildmates and fellow players, tell them a different story as to why we had to remove his posting. That's something we don't have much influence on.. but, again, I can assure you that we do not delete any forum thread or posting without a valid and justified reason.

If you are concerned about the removal of a specific forum thread or posting, please feel free to message me about it, I will be glad to take a look at the case and give you a more detailed description.

just to let you know this doesnt just happen in the forums, this also happens in Klients aswell.
after making a few complaints about things that are seriously wrong with the game, a GM told me, " if you dont like it, Leave ".<--- he meant the Game, not Klients.
granted i was wrong in telling the GM involved to " get Stuffed ", but after that the Senior GM butted in & blaitantly told me that my Guild is well known for not liking the rules & other aspects of the game, this was a feeble attempt by the Senior GM to try & put me down in Public as anyone who knows me knows that there is only 2 members in total in my Guild & the other Member Neva, does NOT have 1 single enemy in the game, She NEVER complains about things or Bugs, she always does something else until bugs or whatever are fixed, & Yes, if she see's that i am getting angry, she sends me /tells to calm down & say nothing more.
So yes, i have issues with the game & i particularly do not like it when i go out of my way to report BUGS by submitting tickets & then get a reply that they arent Bugs, the Dev's want things that way, so at the end of the day, forums or Klients are a no go area for speaking the truth at times about the game & the goings on in the game especially when you either get banned or ( attempted ) to be shot down in public by the GM's.

as Dollly said, WE pay for the game, IF we ( not just me ) think something is a bug, we the PAYERS should at least have the issue reviewed, not shot down or banned.

i think i know what you post speak of as i have seen a post made by a member of your guild where that member addressed a certain problem that was later on discussed with some results(here) and which was quite ok, but that member also revealed some informations about himself of which i doubt that he was allowed to state those publicly

@Larwood That indicator just means that you were not sent the receipt from another user for receiving your message, it does not mean that your message was not read.

I just double-checked to make sure that I didn't miss a message from you - Your only pm in my archive, from June 2nd, did receive a reply from me (it's still stored in my sent items box). From what I can see there was no pm from you two months ago, you previously had your pm feature turned off... but if you require a comment from me on someting else you wrote, just give me a yell!

when this kind discussion started can someone explain to me why ie Doubletap was banned from using forum and klient?
I'm very curious beacuse maybe I'm not Uber active player but I follow the most of things at this forum and fun-sites and ppl from Melinoe r veryactive and realy imo r in some way shaping world of Ryzom...I even would risk to say that :Harvester guide" made by DT allowed me to find this game awesome....sth wrong here or what?
We don't need only plain, just-grinding ppl waiting peacefuly for small amounts of add-ons. Sure most of "shouting" ppl r from US beacuse they used to loudly expressing their needs and sometimes this might be too straight or even rude but....
We have one of the best online-gaming community so "ppl behind courtain" pls don't kill guts of this game!

i just found out aswell that he was Banned from Klients, this i feel is WELL OUT OF ORDER, Klients is a support tool, if anyone needs support with the GAME, this is where most of us go, so now DT is a person who is paying for the game, but his support has been limited.

The question is indeed well phrased. I trust the support and the devs so the question of why for me is more of a comfirmation as to what he did wrong, rather than wondering "if" he did something wrong.

I do not know all the details, but i do know there was an issue with the same GM i had an issue ( who btw was famous back in Beta when he was a Guide for Kicking ppl from Klients & then asking for them to be banned ) & after the issue there was e-mails sent, after that i have not seen DT in Klients at all, i was speaking to DT at the same time as he was sending an e-mail & i know who it was about, but dont ask me what was in it or what the issue was.
