Jugula DoT

Ok i'm a bit confused is this intended or not?
I understand the dot poison cast by jugula does not use link as a player would as its own melee would break it making it useless, but this unbreakable link seems to have an unlimited range, unaffected if jugula leaves combat and is not resisted/broken by a player once it has hit, unless the offending jugula dies...

yea i think they have made it more powerfull in some patch.. cuz i have died alot more form that one now.. i.e get team down and u run for safety and 3 sec later ur dead.. or u just stand there knowing that u will die and see ur life drain away=P
so it to powerfull i think.. u must kill the jug or u die.. so if u got ur whole team down and ur life drains away.. game over

umm, it even stays active if you teleport away, i can hardly imagine any way of that being intended <_<

I know of others that have reported this and receive the reply 'Works as intended'. (along with some other 'strange' stuff

)
To me personally, an attack by any mob that works as drescribed by them and yourselves seems a little unfair to say the least.
If it is 'Working as intended', I hope the devs will reconsider the 'indent' as this one issue seems to be causing a load of ill feeling in the player base.
Instant kill attacks you can deal with as its a case of *shug* I don't have enough HPs, but an attack that only stops when one of the 2 parties dies (regardless of time, heals, distance is a little OTT)

Actually confused (and 'lost' some tickets), because when pressing Melee Protection Aura and using TP ticket, and after "Loading" screens - dead, due to Jugula DoT, even if before teleporting had few k HP (hp drains while other region loading).
Sysinfo:
You destroyer Kami xxx Teleporter Pact.
You left xxx region
You have been killed by xxx jugula.
u must kill the jug or u die..
Or press Invul, at safe distance after using SpeedUp

We have quickly discussed the issue with the CS team and the game designers; here is the answer the Lead Customer Support, Vince, gave me to pass to you :
There seem to be a misunderstanding for the players concerning the Jugula encounter. So let's confirm you something: this encounter is not bugged at all and is working exactly as intended. So there is something that some players did not get yet.

Don't forget to take into account that some modifications were done to the aggro range lately.
However, there is no icon for the debuff that Jugula cast on player.
I hope this clears up things.

7.000+ m DoT range? (tested distance using "deposit track" and teleporting to other region, without stoping track)
Player die,
after "left X region" (where jugula is).
IMHO
jugula DoT should be interrupted after
15 sec after using
TP ticket (when appears
"Loading.." screen).
Few times after teleporting was still alive, so had time interrupt
DoT using
Invulnerabity, but, like stated above, Jugula was x.000 meters away

Booster - be careful here ..... Teleporting is suposed to be interupted if you take damage

(Well it used to be that way at one point)

The effect you describe sounds like a poisoning to me.
I would expect the poison to be harmful if you are 30km away from the Jugula that bit you.
I like to know if the effect is the same, if the Jugula is killed, because I would expect that too, if its a poisoning.
