[FAQ] My email to ryzom.com gets bounced, why?

You send an email to billing-ee or technical-ee or such @ryzom.com and you get a bounce back with the following information:
This happens when the server your email is being sent from has been blacklisted. To get around this situation, use a different email address to send your message. If you don't have another email address to use, you might want to try a free web based email solution such as offered by Yahoo or Google GMail.
