hi, i just got eh 14 day trial, and cannot log on. just wondering if all the servers are down. i get to the part where i accept the user agreement and than something pops up that says i can debug, ignore, or quiit and after i press one of them, it quits.

Any firewall or filtering software on the computer? Connecting through a router; with a firewall? System specs? I dunno if the servers are having issues, but they appear to be up as far as the website is reporting. You can also use Klients ( http://www.ryzom.com/data/Klient/chat.players.ee.zip ) to find the current status of a shard (works better than forums for that kind of info).

That sounds like more of an issue with the game crashing for some reason. Definitely come see us in the live support room.
