Erright.. I've established the fact that it's because I have a Linksys router that I can't play without the whole Please Wait... FS Lost thing happening every 5 minutes, but I have no idea what to do about it.

I unplugged my router and connected my computer directly to the modem and SoR worked perfectly fine for a good 30 min which I allowed as a test.

Unfortunately with other people in my household with computers I cant just unplug my router and toss it out the window.

So, I read the Firewall and Router thread up there, but that doesn't help me, for I don't understand how to open up ports and such.

So I either need an explanation on how to do that, or another way to get this game to work. I've found I love it, I just can't play it =(

Another question in advance, is there another router I can purchase that will work fine with SoR?

Ah, guess I missed that one.
