No in all seriousness, I can't really figure out how to create stanzas or whatever? I made one that is supposed to debuff dodging but It never says its debuffing their dodge? any help?? thanks

Go down into the players guides section of the forums and look at the fighting and magic guides and they will tell you how to create actions using the Modular Action System.
