I've checked the Light Armor merchants in each town in Majestic Garden (Matis land), and none have more than a few beige Vestini caster pants with crappy stats.

Is there a particular place that has a better selection of stats and colors?

you could try the bazaar section of the forum for buying items instead of the general

youd find that kind of armour there easily

Check all your merchant filters, it's possible you're blocking what you want to see. I've done that all too many times....

in the bazaar section you'll find a thread on LAs.
