Ok i finished the Zora Harvest rite... and go teh absorb dmg stanza but i am confused by it... what does it do... i read it over and over again and seems i am just brain dead from getting the fame and rite done anyone able to broaden my horizion

Add it to your extract stanza and you'll be able to absorb parft of the node health as your own hp damage.

So i wont have to heal as much on the node?

Yeah, that's right, but only for the heart line. If your ground stability line is the one that's going down, you're still s.o.l

I think on average, if it's the heartline that's going down, you save about one turn of cp'ing (although this is not 100% everytime).

ok i was confused by this... to bad it cant effect both... but it beens i can spend less Focus on raising both if just my Toxic line goes down... i can jsut raise that up... but does this effect source life? on the amount of sources aviable in one node

Also, I heard that there's a new rite that will give you a higher stanza of this skill? Can anyone confirm?

Yes, there is.

It does, instead of your extract doing 100% damage, you absorb 20% of it (through your HP, so a high regenerate is good to balance this), thereby the source get less damage.
This influences KT (kami tolerance, lowest bar) and general source area generation.

That comes down to how harmful (extract/gas/explosion damage) the area is harvested and if it has time to regenerate sources.

Yes there is one... IN matis... its a food one... and alot of the harvest spots are in ag ro agrea but easy to do...

Yeah, "food" rite. Higher stanza uses same credit (-10 if i remember), but also takes more of your HP. After maybe 15-20 mins using it had maybe 300hp left. Now using lower stanza again.
