Your prayers have been answered - the exp system has been revamped.

Each mob has a limited exp, depedning on the relation of your lvl to the moblvl - and there is an exp-cap of 3k per player. The number of actions doesn't matter in term of the exp you get, just *where* you get it. For example, if you cast 5 spells in defensive magic and 15 in offensive magic while fighting a mob which gives 1000 exp you get 750 exp in offensive magic and 250 exp in defensive.

When grouped it is divided equally between the players. For example, a fighter and a healer are killing a mob for 4000 exp. If the healer just stands there, doing nothing, the fighter gets 3k exp (since 4lk are reduced to 3k because the exp cap), the healer nothing. If the healer casts *one* (or 100) spell(s) on the fighter during the battle both get 2k exp.
