It seems I can't use 'Beta' client. What can I do for useing client already installed on my computer? FV1.0.1.700

I can type my username (already entered) and my password, but i got an unparsed HTML error message, "Requested URL not found on the server" etc...

Please HELP !!!

I found the solusion:
There is an EXE In The Client directory, Ryzom_recover.exe it helps

The retail client needs to be used for the game as the beta client will no longer work.

Once installing the retail client if you still have difficulties then post in here and one of the Community Team will reply and help resolve the issue with you.

whats more ,why would one want to use the beta client when he's got the retail version, that he needed to get a cd key o_O ?

I want to use Beta, becouse :
1) I HATE installing anyting, the beta client already installed.
2) My sister bought the retail for me in Belgium, she sent the CODE by SMS, but she will come home at the next week, ... i want to play now

I waste 1 week from 1 free mounth becouse this issue, all other game can patch the beta to retail, i don't undertand Ryzom why can't.

I think its the publishers/retailers/distributors who are saying no online distribution method at the moment, hence the need to buy the box.

The beta client is NOT the same client as the retail client and you DO neeed the retail client to play the game.

We will only support anyone who is using the retail client and NOT a player who may have found a workaround to get the BETA client to work.
