Password invalid only on account management screen

I'm trying to cancel my 14 day trial, and the only place I get "password invalid" is on the account management screen.

Why is this, and how do I cancel if I can't get to that screen?

Nevermind. There's a special password they send you when you first create your account. That password is the only one that can be used to alter your account.

I hope nobody has deleted it. lol
