I got this idea from a recent mmorpg.com thread. Anyone want to take a wild guess on the age demographic for ryzom?

LMAO!!!!! who is the 80+ year old?

I'd say the mature players play SoR. I'd like to see this same demographic for WoW or EQII and compare, might explain a lot.

I know of at least one person who's old enough to be my Gran who plays. And I'm 29.

EDIT: seems like kostika knows the sir, mrs... i know my wife's father plays mmo's and has a friend the same age who does too, but thats still about 20 ish years away from that. Great updating skills anyway, Bravo!

Interesting post. As one of the oldest on Atys (01/01/1947), I would ask my elders to please own up.
In Clan Omnis there were 4 members all in their 50's. Funnily enough, these were the same 4 that ended up in Matis CO. Not ageism in reverse I can assure you.

I'm aware of a GREAT-Grandmother who plays Ryzom! She is the funniest, warmest, silliest, kindest Homin you could ever hope to meet

To make a real demografic you'd have to translate this to French and German and post it on there boards too me thinks
