i was playing lastnight on ryzom went to bed woke up this morning try to play and it says im not a registerd user tried to log in to clients it also says the same im a bit too at my wits end to be botherd with this kinda crap and im on the verge of cancling my subscription totally this time seems nevrax cant organise a piss up in a brewery =/ ill try loggin again later maybe if i can be botherd

Same thing happened to me when my subscription was to be renewed. I thought it would do it automatically but it did not. Check your account status and make sure your not unsubscribed. If you are you have to validate that you do indeed want to be subscriped

heh they havnt had any problems renewing my subscription over the 5 months i was away not even playing the game but now they do when im trying to play lol
also i dont have my acc management password it seems -.- they were changed a while back and i dont have the email with my new password from nevrax

Same have happend to me 2 times now.
Lost main tab in clients but still have Ats tab.
Need to send a mail with your user name
Telling them your problem and they soon fix it up.

seems to be working again ty
small suggestion tho maybe if klients wasnt linked to your account and login it might be more use in this situation =/ no good having live support tool if you cant log in to it for support lol
