*Hopefully this thread wont burn like before*
The CSR are Fast, Efficient, Helpful, Kind, Hardworking, Patient, Fun and generally Great. Combine this with the fact that they are mostly volunteers and you realise they are indeed a special bunch.
Keep up the good work guys cos u are definitely doing the best you can
(feel free to add any positive words to my list that i missed
)
