Quick and dirty:
Type: Quest Event
When: Sunday August 7th @ 2:00pm EDT , 6:00pm GMT , 7:00pm BST
Where: Gathering in Yrkanis, Karavan TP (Verdant Heights)
Length: 1-2 hours (maybe less)
---------------------------------------
The Story:
My search for Leiazis goes on though not very successfully. The reason I write you today is of a different matter though. Luketrin, my once good friend and son of the deceased Vaderino, will be having a coronation ceremony as he officially takes his father's former position on the city council. I can't pinpoint my uneasiness about this but it will be the first time Luke is out in the open since the whole incident with Leiazis. I fear her organization may feel the job unfinished and try to hurt him.
So I'm asking for your help again, friends. Will you be there to protect him? I dare not show my face at the ceremony as he and I have not reconciled our differences. I will, however, meet you all in Yrkanis at the Karavan TP before the ceremony to provide any new information if I gather any. Once he has made his speech and is safely back at his estate I will feel much easier.
I hope to see many friendly faces there. Thank you all in advance.

This will be the last chapter in this saga and I hope you all will join me in its unfolding. I've enjoyed setting these up immensely, hope you all have had fun with them.

Rumor in the underground networks is Leiazis is planning something big. Whether this is connected with Luketrin's coronation, I'm not sure but I can only hope not.
I did hear something that lifted my spirits a bit, apparently word has gotten out that a large force is searching for her and so she's been hard pressed to find a mercenary guild willing to work with her. I'm sure this was due to the large force we mustred in Fyros. Good job everyone, the best way to topple a tower is from the bottom

(Due to a lack of player interest, and a conflicting story element the Nevrax management have issue with, this event is on indefinite hold. Mods feel free to unsticky this post. Thank you.)

(That's a shame, these events have been fun and it was refreshing to have events that we don't always 'win' at the end which I guess Nevrax can't do and keep everyone happy.
I was/am looking forward to the final part of the story but wasn't sure if I could make it on this date.
Maybe you can change the plot slightly and the date? I'm sure the many people who turned up for the last two would take part again.
If not, thanks again for the previous two parts - these seemed as well managed and involving as official events
)

If Leiazis is gathering mercenary support then I am extremely concerned. While I have no clue what she is up to, such a ruthless and dishonest individual will surely bring about only more misery and heartache if allowed to continue without opposition. A mercenary force most likely means that she intends an assault against a guarded position. I would ask every homin to stay alert and ready to raise the alarm at the first sign of Leiazis; who knows where she will strike? My first duty is to protect Yrkanis, but I, for one, will answer any call to oppose her, with as many people as I can bring to the party ... erm, battle, I mean
And if DP is my only reward the following day, then I will reckon I had a great time again

I am still puzzled by this.
Hope you get it rolling again.

After reading this, I'm quite disappointed I missed the last two! Keep us posted for a date and time! PS is this on the Arispotle shard?

I know not of these people you speak, but if there is a Homin in need of assistance and protection, you can count on my aid. I have spent my time training myself in the art of healing, and have reached a proficient stage. Hopefully my help will not be needed, but if it comes to it, you can count on me.

The main issue was decreeing a character part of a non-existent city council, I think the fear was conflicting with the canon storyline as the political views of Atys was being revealed. A reasonable fear I guess, being posted on the main page and all.
Anyways, that front page post mocks me every time I see it, hehe. I really want to end this thing! So lets do it a week from Sunday - the King of Matis and his matriarchal rule be damned
! Whos in?
Mods: Can I get a sticky on this?

Dear friends, I bring ominous news of an impending event...
Whilst tracking that vile Leiazis these many months I have been forced to hide among the rogues and villains that could clue me in on her whereabouts. My search was beginning to look fruitless when I was tipped off that a lone messenger was to deliver a package to an unknown mercenary guild, here in Pyr, on her behalf. With a basic idea of the messenger's route I stalked the deserts of the Fyros lands for 5 days and nights, questioning anyone who came across my path.
I'm proud to say my perseverance paid off. A shifty Homin of Matis decent refused to tell me his destination and promptly attacked me when the conversation became heated. I had barely managed to defend myself and land a critical blow to my assailant. As he bled on the baked sands I noticed him tearing and swallowing some parchment. I tried to stop him but he seemed well trained in the act. I was forced to gut the fiend to retrieve the following message, so please forgive the state of the parchment.

here to see it.
It seems something is afoot, something large enough to force Leiazis to trust mercenaries she's never dealt with in the past. Who could she have been writing to, and how does this fit in the overall conspiracy?
Keep your eyes peeled, friends...
