Selling the game & improvements

I have mentioned this before but I think the best advert for this game is the character screen animation. If your toon is unequipped then there is an opening animation. If I wasn't already a suscriber and saw this display my interest would certainly be piqued. Check it out. It really gives a great idea of the graphics ingame & the attention to detail.
I also think we should be able to have flats in various places now we are a much travelled population. There is no reason why we could not have flats in, for example, Yrks, Thesos & Dyron. Thus allowing better storage.
On the packer subject, without multi flat opportunity, the limit of three only should be raised to five or six. Especially if we want a mounted one in more than one area.
I agree with the suggestions in the apartment thread as well.
I'm sure that there will be comments about programming difficulty but do you think these ideas would help improve the gameplay, or not?
