I'd say that may well be a problem with your browser, not the forums. Everything displays perfectly fine for me in both Firefox and IE.

I find that simply refreshing the page lines them back up, also it only happens here in the guest area that I've seen.

Yeah, I love the opera browser but unfortunately it isn't compatible with a lot of sites.
