In the risk of a beating-a-horse syndrome,
has anyone seen this before?
The Philosophy behind The Saga of Ryzom
It's linked from the main page, and I don't remember seeing it before. It's a great read, and makes you excited, but ... it's not really true, yet.
What it talk about is exactly why most of us have joined this universe, and is still wistfully awaiting for its fruitation. We see a foundation for it, but not the actual working of it yet (I am guessing this is due to lack of resources).
So to the devs and management of Nevrax, if you really follow this philosophy and make this happen, you betcha words of mouth is gonna spread like wild fire. Here's to hoping you guys will make it happen (and soon).
Oh, and who the heck wrote that? DCC?
