Problem with guild

When I logged in Friday, April 15, 2005 at 8:00 AM PDT, I noticed our guild Amazonians no longer existed along with an array of other technical problems. I have submitted two tickets to support regarding the issue. Although I have been assured the issue will be resolved, so far the problem persists. The information I was asked to provide is the following:
Guild name: Amazonians
Guild leader: Sweety
This is on the Aripostle server. I know other guild members also submitted trouble tickets regarding this problem therefore I would assume the issue has been brought to the technical staff's attention. I would like to receive a status update and ETA regarding the resolution. This is something I have put a lot of time and effort into, and I would hate to see it vanish.
