[highlight]The Story:[/highlight]

I'm in need of your help friends. My godfather, Vaderino, a powerful Matis mage lies bed-ridden - poisoned by the Goo. I aint knowing how he got exposed to the vile substance, but I intend to save him.

The message he sent me contained a recipe for an elixir he believed would cure him. The only problem was most of the ingredients were located only in the lake lands and parts of the prime roots, an area where he and his family were forbidden to explore by the laws of Jena.

I have gathered most of these ingredients and shall soon have all of them. I fear time is growing short, his last message was barely coherent. This is where your help is requested. The amount of materials doesn’t allow me to teleport directly to him, and even if I was able to find a way I fear the teleportation may degrade some of the more sensitive substances. My only alternative is to transport the items with a packer through Loria.

Vaderino’s sons will meet me at the portal entrance with a company of Yrkanis guards who can speed the items onward with their forest mounts. Due to the peace treaty the military isn’t allowed on Tryker soil, and so can only wait on the other side for us.

Can I count on you? Any traveler through Aeden Aqueous knows the perils of Loria; a sizeable escort is imperative! Vaderino is a wealthy man and holds much influence with the Matis government, your assistance will not go unnoticed I’m sure.

Just a little quest for those interested in a bit of roleplay and fun . I’ll tell you this just so people don’t think it’s a simple tour to the other side of Loria – a story will be played out *wink* . Roleplaying is very optional, but don't be surprised to see a lot of it going on. Hope to see a good turnout!

Yeah whatever Neun, just don't let your pleasant thoughts of smiles and dieing old men put you off when we're right in the thick of it.

I'll be there too, with a selection of our most battle-hardened mercenaries. We may even bring some recruits and if things go wrong we can always use them as cannon fodder.

This is all dependent on there being a reward of course. One question: if the old geezer croaks because the medicine fails, we still get the loot right?

Ah Loria. Much fun to be had there. You may find the Stormdancers there, for we have a mission ourselves this weekend. But we'll see when the time comes.

Unless of course they are wise and find some proper protection like Fyros or Tryker heavy armor...
