Come one, Come All, for this is a MUST READ!!

Well everyone, i am posting this with a "Positive" atittude towards SoR and its future.
As we all know, there has been some "Restructure" done and a "Chapter 11" equiverlant filed.... but at the same time there has been some more of the "what's comming" posts; including "pictures" which really do add confidence that development is making strong grounds.
My post here is to add some suggestions; I appoligise in advance for any missunderstanding and possible breach of these forums, but I am passing on ideas from the nearly released "Guild Wars"
I myself am not a fan of PvP or such other versions of that conceptl; thus there is no way i would change to that game, however reading all the information about it, there were some interesting ideas put forward:
The biggest and best feature I can see from it, and would love to see in SoR, is the truely Dynamic "quests" including both that the quests are built specifically for your character and situation when you are ready to attempt them, and the way in which the game assists in you completing them.
Also, the other big feature is the Dynamic and intereactive WORLD, where players CAN and DO change the world.
It was mentioned that there are NO patches, rather CONSTANT STREAMING OF DATA to accomadate this dynamic envryonment.
And based on some sample movies viewed, such an example includes parts of a castle being destroyed during a battle.
Now tieing this all back into SoR - I for one have noticed since I joined September 2004, that the MAX average of 3Kbps in BOTH directions combined data throughput seemed VERY SMALL for such a detailed game....
So why should i have broadband, if my 1.5mbps link (soon to be 12mbps - thanks ADSL2) is using max of 5kbps with bursts of up to 15kbps expierenced once in a blue-moon?
And even for those MODEM users (yes Guildwars claims it works great on Modems and put alot of focus on testing this - three years alpha testings and x time beta testing [beta now]), i rememver that I played games online using a 33.6kbps modem and was clearly getting 12+kbps consistently....
anyway you probably lost me, I think i lost myself actually - the point is, SoR players and Dev's in particular, please check out Guildwars for ideas, and see if any of them can fit into SoR.
I'm sure no one will argue that Dynamic player affected world was promoted as one of the SoR features, and Quests (content) the biggest and most asked for feature (just in front of Outposts).
I love SoR and hope that the "Chptr11" cloud of darkness soon blows over.... as we seem to be sooo close to the game where have all been clawing at!
THANKS!
