any idea's what it represents?

Somewhere on the old Windermeer forum is a thread that Doubletap posted to about those strange things found in the darkness of the roots. Of course I can't remember if it was a thread he started or if it was one of Lyrah(78?)'s or if it was just one that they had both commented on and posted links to their pictures. Lyrah has since left the game but maybe DT still has his pictures somewhere....

Melinoe have some picture on their site (good old DoubleTap, a formidable homin!) but for me the easiest thing is to turn the picture upside down. Looks sorta like a Kami! Makes you wonder if they really are native to the planet or have just taken up residence like the Karavan. Maybe that's why they all start with K! They're all from the same place! The Karavan brought the Kami and the Karavan to Atys with them but they thrived to much and now they are having trouble getting rid of them! We're the offspring of the Karavan, taken on a long journey through space in seed form but because we crash landed and got spread out we've adapted to the lands we fell into, becoming 4 seperate races. Now the Karavan are gently educating us back to a level where they can take us with them to their home planet where we will be forced to mate with beautiful green eyed Karavan women in order to save the entire race from genetic degredation caused by long years of falling birth rates.

yeah i saw the DT thread on their forum, thats what got us searching for it

but the structure looks a lot more like a tower than a ship.. so maybe from a time when the pr were inhabited? Although if u want a ship...
