Missing harvesting skills?

I noticed that in the skill tree after level 30 there should be skills like "find shells" available, but they aren't. Any reason why?

Ugh... really? I had not noticed that.
That puts a major damper on my harvester plans as it seems those are in high demand because of their effect on weapon damage.
Of all the things to specialize in that has to be near the top.

Are you sure they are not there? I see alot of minor find xxx type skills in the list and I just hit lvl 30 harvest

The skills to find specific items such as blade, clothes and so on are are there and they do open up at 30. But if you look there are skills such as one to find shells that are listed to be available at 30, but they don't open up. As far as I can tell I have all the needed skills and they should be open. I'm at level 42 now.
