Additionnal information on Nevrax reorganization
Just a quick note to answer some concerns I read in the French boards tonight.
Following on the general reorganization procedure we initiated last week (see [url=http://../?page=letter_davidcohen_20050329]David Cohen Corval's letter[/url]), Nevrax has now entered the second phase of the procedure. Nevrax has filled for a legal procedure under French court comparable to the Chapter 11 in the US. It does not mean that the company is going into liquididation; to the contrary the goal is to ensure that the company can pursue its activity.
As soon as the last details are finalized, David Cohen Corval, Nevrax' Founder and CEO, will post more detailled explainations - which should occur at the beginning of next week.

Ähm? wass sol das bitte bedeuten? Ist das vergleichbar mit einer Insolvenz in Deutschland? Bitte um erleuterung, da ich weder das Fanzösische noch das Amerikanische Rechtssystem kenne.
