How about putting the civilisations your guild accepts in the title of recruitment posts, e.g.:
FMTZ - The New Shadow Order of Everyone - Recruiting
It's not too much of a problem right now, but will be a total pain having to read all the descriptions in the posts to finally figure out a guild is fundamentally opposed to my race and I need not apply
