i got that error message everytime i try to log into ryzom!! i also cant klientsdosnt work for me! some help PLZ

I got the same freaking problem and I didn't have any problems after the server merge yesterday.
Seriously plz be fast and fix this cuz I love your game but I'm getting a little tired of not being able to play half the time and still having to play the full price

Error code 53 is a "bad login name" problem usually, talk to a CSR via an outgame ticket, or come on IRC. Instructions for how to get on IRC are

One solution that has worked for some is to refresh your billing information in your profile.
Another is to email billing-ee@ryzom.com. They should fix things up pretty quickly.
If you need to talk to a CSR about it then please do visit the Klients live chat.
