Hi Folks

We have two different options regarding the future of the NA forums and we'd like your feedback on them:

1) We lock them, so the NA boards can still be read, but nobody will be
able to write in them anymore. Current threads will be automatically
closed.

2) We merge them with the EE boards. Threads from the NA and EE forums will
merged, and threads from the NA forums will still be open for discussions.

EE players are welcome to share their opinion here as well.

We prefer the merge internally, but we want to have everyone's opinion
here. Either way, the merge or the lock will be effective next Monday.

I'm for the lock. Let's start with a clean slate on the UK forum. It's not like we have a large number of ongoing threads either, the only one that's currently ongoing is a flame and mudslinging contest.

I'd prefer the merge. It just makes things a little easier when you're doing a search trying to find information.

A merger for me

Merge... there is no such thing as "too much info".

I dont see theres any point to having a 'dead' set of sub forums lying about making the place look untidy. Merge them and be done with it.

I'd much prefer a lock. Be much much easier to find the threads I recall. Also, with a merger, I suspect some of our older threads that were stickied up top from the prior NA CSR team would be deleted. Again, I vote for a lock.

Actually, my preferred option isn't even listed, which would be to keep things as is.
