I have to say a big thank you to the GM staff and the ppl from Nevrax...i sent a tell and then a ticket and was answerd right away (even tho this is a hard time for all involved) and my problem was delt with straight away in a kind and friendly manner...you guys are the puppies fluffy bits.

yea the CSR are really friednly people who are always ready for you, even at 6am when you find an egg with strange names
