High Quality Outfit Needed

I need some one to make me a very high quality outfit. I am not a veteran sadly, hence i still have some doubts about this game.

Firstly i'll ask few general questions i have about the cloths, armors etc..

1) outfits, can they be personalized and made in to ANY design?

I observed many but I cant seem to understand. How can each and everyone have such unique designs, is it possible for crafters to actually design the outfits? i firmly believe SOR does not have such an advanced capability yet.. if it does... I'll buy an annual subscription o_O

2) outfits, in my theory they would be less in defensive protection against attacks from the creatures and players alike? and wont offer the kind of protection heavy armor provides?

Is it possible to make an outfit with true depths of protection? is such a concept possible.

3) Do you have to be in a certain higher level to ware higher quality outfits?

now...

Outfit Request
--------------------

The outfit, i like to request is a complete set. But first let me explain about my character.

My character from Matis, and he is a fighter mainly, with partially transition mage (like which fighter is not?).

I picture the over all outfit to be of the highest and finest quality (enough effectiveness and quality, so that i don't need to buy or request a new one for yet a long period to come).

Color Scheme - Blue and White/Silver.

The upper-outfit and the pants are to be high quality blue, made with finest quality materials. And i really mean it has to look really pretty and with high quality.

The sleeves, are to be White/Silver. That too is to be highest quality. And a matching high-quality boots.

Structure
------------

The quality is important but its protection is also vital. So make it as protective against most (possible) attacks. This applies to the entire outfit.

Gee i must look really cool after this is done :)

Right now, i'm not in a good level, so i wont be able to gather the materials. However i'd let you quote the over all price.

Don't decrease the quality and composition of the outfit because of my current level, I'm good at leveling up at a fast rate.

Average budget is 80,000 dappers - 1,20,000+(depending on how much effort put into it) dappers. However do be reasonable, on the price quote. I'd gladly pay 30% - 50% in advancement.

Personalization isnt really implemented, a couple things affect the appearance
-Color of the mats used (the most colored mats of a certain color equal armor color)
-Pattern Quality Low, Medium, High slightly change the appearance of the armor, fyros High Quality light armor has red straps and such
-Racial Armor Pattern The armor will look different depending on which racial plan it was crafted as, Fyros light armor looks different than Matis light armor
-Type of Armor Light, Medium, or Heavy These are the things that really make a difference, heavy = more protection, light = less stamina/hp/sap consumption, and med is a nice little compromise Obviously Heavy looks very protective, Light will look like clothing, and medium will be smaller pieces of heavy armor
As for outfits there are many ways to combine them as you can see and there are too many combinations to count, you can multiply it out if you want :)

if your doing it for looks as well as adapability it sounds like you need a high quality tryker medium armour. this will provide you with a medium amount of protection along with a medium amount of penalty.

only thing is for the price your looking at paying its unlikely someone is going to make it.

reasons for this - white / silver armour requires a fair amount of PR harvested materials which means some person will have spent a long time getting DP etc to get it. The same person will also have spent quite a while grinding medium armour to get it to lvl150 to get the high quality plans.

of course the other way of doing it would be to find someone who can dig the materials and buy them off them then find a crafter willing to make it (generally they wont charge if you supply the materials)

also take into account your levels - if you buy light armour you can wear anything up to Q250 but if your after heavy or medium you will have to find out what quality you can wear

my advise is to keep an eye out around the merchants for high lvl crafters putting their degrades/grinding armour up for sale and hope you get a bargain.

i can make a Tryker high quality medium armor of any color you wish for free... Just send me a tell ( Murasaki ).

Apparently the best looking color for that armor is blue.
White/Silver isn't wonderful because the armor is full of white runes, that get covered with a White/Silver color.
Aniway if you really want a white one, i'll make you that :-)

See you in game

Iffin ya wants a combo blue/white, Ya might wunna try usin blue mats fer de cloth or shell component and de stuffing, and white mats fer de lining and armor-clip. Iffin ya use dem so inna high-quality type plan, fer allota dem ya winds up wit de firs color (in dis case blue) as de main color, an de secondary (white) as de one fer trim/straps/appointment-type thingys.

i dont think that works bax, the colors are pretty much set except for the main color, secondary color is the same example for Matis and Fyros
Matis: MQ has red lining and such on the chest and pants while HQ has a nice purple and green instead
Fyros: MQ is gold on on the lining, edges, straps and such and HQ is red on the same area
From what i've seen this always happens, they are set definitions of the racial plans the color of the armor is the only thing that changes and as a result some combinations look better than others
For people who like the white gold combination would prefer the MQ armor over HQ's white and red, it's all a matter of preference
As for bax saying that you could change the lining to white, im almost certain that doesnt happen in this game and maybe he was mistaken because trykers MQ/HQ color is white?
