Contest Prizes?

I still haven't received any of the prizes from the in-game contest.
Any word on when I can expect them?

For what it's worth, I've gotten both my hat and my mousepad. Check that your address is correct in your info. Maybe they've tried to send your prizes to you but your address was wrong. Just a thought.

I checked my address and it looks good. I don't know if it has to do with my being in the "Great White North" or not (did they include customs fees?).

Also, I didn't get an email notifying me that prizes would be delivered, or asking me to confirm my mailing address or anything. Did you?

If you are getting a mousepad or hat you won't get an email asking you to confirm your address. It's only if you won a card (which you should of got by now).

I checked with our shipping person and she said that it was sent out to you between the 15th and 18th of this month. She also said that because it is international (barely) that customs can take their time...up to six weeks. But rest assured it is coming to you.

No, sorry, Jolt handled the EE contest prizes. You may want to ask Lawrence or email them to see what happened.

It took awhile, but I just got my cap yesterday. It's very well done, with "Saga of Ryzom" (as it appears in the forum header) in colored thread, on a black background.

Like Ryzom itself, I don't mind waiting awhile if the product that finally arrives is really good stuff.
