[FAQ] Account Profile/Klients access problems

Just a quick note for those having Klients access problems or getting Error 53 when trying to login to Ryzom.

The automatic renewal does not work in all cases. Go check your account status and resubscribe if needed, making sure to scroll down and re-enter your billing data. Account status is here. You may also need to clear your web brower's file cache to see the various links.

If you are still having trouble accessing your account, CeB or the game for some reason, please email billing-ee@ryzom.com. We will get things fixed as soon as we can.
