Ok, so its been 2.5 hours since Soulsnatcher first posted this....
Can we please have an update?

I appreciate things go wrong and take time...
But as someone who is paid to be in a IT support role, end-users can live with a 2 day outage with 1 hourly updates better then a 4 hour outage and no updates.
