Anyone awake :)

Post by micrix »

Hi,

i know, we have patchtime this morning. I live in Paris time. And the patch is sceduled for 10 GMT+1.

Now it is 9:30 GMT+1 and i can not connect. Client is trying forever. No message: "shard closed". Webpage says that shard is open.

Do i have a problem or do you all have this situation ?

Edit: How does this Klient thing work ?? :)

got dropped (stalled > disconnected) a few minutes ago. haven't actually tried to reconnect yet. according to the announcement forum the patch isn't due until this afternoon, unless soulsnatcher mistyped the timezone. ;)

Psylo you are right, there was a crash at 09:30 CET (GMT +1), if it was only network or the servers, I can't say.

The connection stalled, but the client didn't detected that the connection was lost it only said 'Stalled'

At 09:45 CET (GMT+1) I could log in again.
After that I saw some strange behavior in the mobs:
They didn't die.
I saw a buch of five Cutes following Anders through Fount.

I got disconnected from the NA server half an hour before the patch was due to start - it said the server was still up, but I couldn't reconnect.

Seeing is believing, I hope the faulty nic is replaced :)

This is my luck, having a day off and all kinds of shopping planned, the server goes down :P

Its ok. Now i have two hours to install latest Ati drivers on my Debian and give Ryzom another try on Linux :D

GFX drivers are already compiled. Looks fine. Doom3-linux got finally full fps.
Lets see what Ryzom will do with those drivers...
