Do you get any error messages?
What does the screen look like when it crashes?
I have a very specific problem (that could be what you are describing) with my gfx but I don't want to scare you by suggesting you have the same until I know those answers

Is your PSU sufficient to support the whole system?
Don't remember the minimum spec. but 400+ is probably a good idea, depending on all your hardware.

It sounds like a power or heat issue with the new graphics card.
Do you play any other graphically-intensive games? Any problems there?

This sounds like an overheating videocard or a filled up harddrive.
But I would like to compliment you on not blaiming Ryzom
